This is a plate that I made for Christmas. I used a plate mold to create it then added details around the edge to make it look better. I then painted it for Christmas and now it needs to be fired

This is my slab box I made by flattening the clay and cutting 6 symmetrical squares. The outside is black and the inside is blue gray.

This is a mug I have been making out of slab. It broke while drying. I am rehydrating it to try and fix it.

This is my coil pot now. I have finished putting it together and now I need to clean it up and fire it. After that I’m going to glaze it and it will be good

This is my slab mold. I’m very happy with how it turned out and I think it will be good to hold jewelry. If I were to do it again I would make it smoother but overall I really like it.

This is my face I created. I think it turned out decent. I could have spent more time making it more neat and realistic and I could have added more things. If I were to do it again that is what I would do.

This is my pinch pot I created. I first made a ball then pushed my thumb into it and then started to form a bowl. This project went ok but if I were to do it again I would make sure the sides were more even and not as flimsy. I also would make the top more smooth with less cracks.

This is my two pinch pots put together. Decided to make a pumpkin because fall is coming up. I got some inspiration from Pinterest. I made this by putting my two pinch pots together and molded a shape of a pumpkin. I carved lines into it and added a stem to the top using scoring and slipping. Then I cut the top off so it wouldn’t be a bomb. I added a foot and now I just have to paint it. Overall I really like this pumpkin but if I were to do it again I would make the shape more into a pumpkin shape and make the lines more realistic and not as harsh. Also I don’t like the stem and I would make it more realistic.
